Archive inventory items if you want to remove them from your Inventory Index page

In Labguru, you have the possibility to archive the inventory item to remove it from the inventory item list.

How to archive an Inventory Item

1. Go to the inventory collection which contains the items to be archived

2. Choose one or more Inventory Items that you want to archive by checking the boxes on the list or a single item on the item page, click on 'Archive'

3. The archived Inventory Items won't appear on the (active) list

Note: It will not be possible to archive items if they have active stocks (non consumed)

Archived inventory item can be restored. When restored, the item will be added back to the inventory item list.
