To help our support team diagnose complex performance issues or errors, we may ask you to provide a HAR (HTTP Archive) file. This file records all interactions between your browser and our servers, including request headers, response data, and precise timing metrics. By capturing this 'behind-the-scenes' activity, we can pinpoint exactly where a connection is failing or why a page is loading slowly. This guide will show you how to generate and save a HAR file using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Open the browser and press F12 (or right-click → Inspect) to open Developer Tools.
- Go to the Network tab.
- Make sure Preserve log is enabled.
- Click on the Clear button

- Then on the Record on the left
- Reproduce the issue in the browser.
- Stop the recordging.
- Export the .HAR file.
