The Analytics Hub is the landing screen you reach by opening Analytics from the workspace menu at the top right of Labguru and choosing Hub in the sidebar. It is your starting point for finding and opening the analytics content your organization has published — dashboards and workbooks — and for branching off to build your own.
What you see here
- Folders and content — Browse the folders you have access to and the dashboards and workbooks inside them. You only see content that has been shared with you or published to a folder you can reach — this is about who a dashboard was shared with, not row-level data filtering within it.
- Favorites and Activity — Quick routes back to the things you use most. Star any document to add it to your favorites, and use Activity to see your recent work.
- Search — Find a dashboard or workbook by name across the folders you can reach.
For more on how content is organized and how to find things quickly, see Organizing and Finding Content.
What you can do from the Hub
- Open a dashboard to explore it — filter, drill, and read the detail behind a number. See Exploring Dashboards.
- Open a workbook to build or edit a query. See Querying Data.
- Create a new workbook to analyze data, or a new dashboard to present it.
What you can open and create depends on your Labguru permissions. Users with Access Dev Tools can create and publish dashboards and workbooks; all other users have view-only access to what has been shared with them.
