Branding the Portal

Branding lets you customise how the portal looks for your customers.

Branding is only visible to Super Admins.

Updating Branding

Go to Branding → Edit:

• Logo — upload PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, or SVG (max 5MB). Displayed in the portal header.
• Theme Color — choose from 9 colour options (Purple, Blue, Green, Red, Orange, Pink, Teal, Indigo, Gray).
• Welcome Message — rich text message shown on the customer's dashboard. Use it for instructions, announcements, or contact information.
