Login to Labguru Mobile App

1. Logging in with QR code:

• Users with SSO login are able to login to the Mobile App using only QR code method.

• Open Labguru Mobile App, select 'Login with QR code' 

• In your web Labguru account: Generate QR code by clicking on your profile picture at the left navigation bar and select 'Sign-in to Mobile App'

  

   

One-time scannable QR Code is valid for 5 minutes

2. Login with your Labguru credentials:

• Insert your Labguru URL into the domain field if your account has a specific domain extension (check your web Labguru URL).
  By default, the URL is my.labguru.com.

• Input your email and password.

On the App's home page, each button reveals one of its main functions:

• Manage Stocks - Empowering you to take action on the go, anytime, anywhere!

  Easily view, filter, or scan your stock or storage location and take action directly from your mobile and tablets.

  With Labguru Mobile App, you can efficiently update stock details, manage the contents of entire boxes or storage locations, and track location, usage, and ownership—all in one place, on the go.

• Scan to ELN - convert handwritten table data and images into digital data while working on the bench. Share or upload your data to your account for a streamlined documentation process. Maintain data integrity, keep your information safe and avoid human errors with Labguru Mobile App.

   

• Submit Form - an easy-to-use, responsive design streamlines documentation.
  centralizing form templates for users to access quickly to collected data seamlessly directed to your Labguru account.

• Protocols and Experiments (View only)- With the new View-Only Mode, Labguru Mobile App ensures that your protocols and experiments are always accessible, secure, and easy to navigate—right from the palm of your hand.

• Equipment maintenance and events - providing a structured platform to record and track maintenance and book events. Its curated lists prioritize equipment attention, highlighting items needing immediate care or overdue maintenance. 

   

With the Mobile app you can also Print Labels on demand with Brady printers - integrates effortlessly with Brady printers, enabling you to map information and print labels of various shapes, colors, and sizes directly from the Mobile App.
